Responsibilities
- Hiring:
- Post job listings on various platforms.
- Shortlist applicants based on specified criteria.
- Conduct initial interviews and assessments.
- Coordinate with senior management for final candidate selection.
- Project Management:
- Act as a liaison between clients and vendors.
- Manage project timelines and deliverables.
- Ensure effective communication and timely completion of tasks.
- Handle any client requests or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Administration:
- Perform various administrative tasks as needed.
- Maintain organized files and records.
- Identify problems and find solutions
- Work actively and give ideas to improve the company financially
- Resourcefulness:
- Continuously learn and acquire new skills, in various departments of the company.
- Utilize no-code platforms and other software tools for internal and external tasks.
- Adapt to and implement new technologies to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Research & Strategy:
- Conduct regular research to solve various problems the company is facing to help improve the company internally as well as externally.
- Implement the strategies obtained through the research.
- Effectively manage projects aimed at implementing the strategies and ensuring tangible results.
