Hiring Assistant

Job Description

Duration: 3-6 months approximately

The exact length of your internship depends on how quickly you can meet your targets. If you can hire everyone within 3 months, that’s fantastic! If it takes 6 months, that’s okay too. You’ll be paid a fixed lump sum for the internship.

These are the targets (total 50 hirings)

You will need to hire:-

Website Designers – 15
Website developers – 10
Logo designers – 5
Mascot logo designers – 5
Social media designers – 5
Reels creators – 5
Show reel creators – 5

You get an extra bonus of INR 5000 if you meet the targets within 3 months!

Timings

6-8 hrs/day | Monday to Friday (Saturday half day – if there is urgent work)

Responsibilities

Post jobs on multiple platforms
Review and shortlist applicants
Perform screening of shortlisted applicants
Create and evaluate assessments
Finalize quality candidates and hire them upon your senior’s approval
